Website Design + Development
Our challenge was to reimagine their marketing site to more seamlessly integrate into their online ordering and app experience. Essentially, our goal was to create an e-commerce driven site powered by cutting-edge technology and drool-inducing food photography, all while telling The Habit’s unique brand story. The quality of the ingredients, the beauty and flavor of chargrilling, and the passionate people are what sets them apart from any other burger joint.
Appealing to newcomers and diehard fans alike, the new user experience showcases their ever-evolving menu, allows a marketing funnel for new store openings, and catering truck leads, to educate and gain new franchising opportunities, and encourage users to start their online order with ease.

Media Buy
In addition to buying and placing media for ongoing local and national marketing initiatives, we were presented with the challenge of growing app downloads to 1 million users from under 800k in two months. In order to reach this milestone, we developed and launched the Mission One Million campaign and Charburgers & Chill campaign in Q4 of 2020. These campaigns included radio, video, social & programmatic components which were picked up and shared across various national news outlets. We gave away over one million charburgers to our user base, as well as a dream vacation for two as prizes, surpassed the million app download goal, gained millions of media impressions, and a significant boost in sales during that timeframe.

Content Creation
If you have seen any marketing email from the Habit ever, our team has designed, programmed, and deployed it. In addition to creating marketing collateral for Limited Time Offerings and New Store Openings, we have also created social content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, & Tik Tok. Working very closely with the marketing & branding team at the Habit to ensure the most important brand pillars are showcased effectively.
