About Our Culture
We purposely seek out curious, thoughtful humans to join our team. Mediocre and, ‘whelming’ candidates need not apply. Every member of our team earns world-class benefits allowing them to focus at work on what matters: keeping clients happy. Dreambox is lead by two iconic industry thought leaders who champion diversity and representation while building a team with remarkable capability. The agency is 50% woman (poc) owned, multi-ethnic and made up of men and women from around the globe (many of whom are bi-lingual) who all reside in the United States.
Our focus on the hospitality space means each team member that a client works with has likely solved whatever challenge they’re working through many, many times over working with some of the industry’s most influential brands.
What is Dreambox?
Dreambox: A compound word of “dream” and “box” - two nouns with very different definitions, that when combined, take on a new meaning. Dream: Our right-brain tendencies. Lofty, creative, artistic. Our ability to think without constraints. Box: Our left-brain methodology. Logical, analytical, tactical. Our toolbox, so to speak. When put together, the word is representative of our two biggest strengths as an agency. Our clients love that they get the benefit of having the best of both worlds.

We all operate with a common set of goals to see our client's thrive and allow us to re-earn the sort of long-term relationships that have defined Dreambox since our inception over 25 years ago. We support each other, challenge ourselves and our clients and most of all see tasks through to their completion. Our team is primarily centered around our Southern California headquarters with additional team members scattered around the country.

We are a team that thrives on collaboration – the sort that comes from real humans respecting and challenging each other to develop the best ideas to bring to clients. We're strong believers that when we come together at our Company-headquarters and challenge each other, real productivity comes to life that just can't spawn over Zoom. Data informs our recommendations; experience filters proposed paths to completion and our proven process has formed the foundation for each of our long-term client relationships.

This is key to everything we do. Every photo we take. Every line of copy we write. We haven't done our job unless the creative we produce is so compelling it sets the viewer's cravings in full-force. Our entirely US-based full-time team has a perspective on brand differentiators that just can't be replicated in a virtual environment.
The Devil’s in the Details
An expression often heard at Dreambox, it reminds us to leave no stone unturned. To look for problems before they arise. To triple-check our work. To not be sloppy. Humans will make mistakes, but we must learn from them and have the processes in place to catch them before they make their way into the wild. We're not here to check boxes; we're here to grow brands and the details matter. We commonly ask ourselves: are we willing to stake our agency’s reputation on this deliverable? If not: back to the drawing board.
